HOUSE AND LAND FROM $525 PER WEEK DISCLAIMER
Locale Homes is not the owner of the land or home design. Locale Homes has permission from the owner of the land and home design to advertise this House and Land (“H&L”) package at the specified price.

Open to all applicants who execute a HIA building contract with
Prime Group and engage the services of both Custom Financial Solutions
The builder reserves the right to (a) withdraw, refuse or change
the terms of the promotion without notice; and (b) suspend or
cancel the Summit Assist program in the event that the applicant
does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in this
document.
Assist programs
The programs consist of Family Assist, Rent Assist, Debt
Assist and Deposit Assist. An eligible applicant can use any one
(1) or all of the Assist programs to a combined maximum value
of $10,000. Any amount in excess of this limit ($10,000) must be
agreed upon and confirmed in writing by Prime Group
Management and the applicant prior to signing this agreement.
The Rent Assist program requires a fixed amount of $10,000.
Payment of the Assist Program in regards to the timing of
payments and the recipient(s) of the funds will be at the sole
discretion of Prime Group Group Management.
Termination
In the event of termination of the HIA Building Contract with
Prime Group by either party for any reason whatsoever
once any payment is made under this scheme, the applicant
agrees to refund the full value of the Assist Payment within (30)
days of the termination of the building contract.

Product description
Debt Assist
With any eligible submission the builder will payout an
applicant’s outstanding debt to the maximum of $10,000.
Once all Keystart pre-approval conditions have been met
and a satisfactory valuation has been completed on the
property, the builder will arrange payment of the debt
directly to the Creditor and will then provide evidence of
closure of debt to Keystart in order for formal approval to
be issued.
Deposit Assist
With any eligible submission the builder will assist in
obtaining finance, by contributing up to
$10,000 towards the required deposit. The builder will
issue a gift letter to Keystart to obtain formal approval.
When formal approval is obtained they will arrange
payment of the funds into Combined Settlements trust
account in order to effect settlement.
Family Assist
If a family member or other third party
gifts the Prime Group client funds required to affect settlement,
the builder will repay that amount to a maximum amount
of $10,000. The funds will be paid by the builder to a bank
account as nominated by the client when the slab down
progress/stage payment is received by the builder.
The client takes full responsibility for the repayment
of the gifted funds. The builder takes no responsibility
whatsoever for any agreements between the client
and person/s providing the gift.
Rent Assist
To assist the client with property rental payments, or a
portion there of, during the construction
of their new home. An amount of $10,000 will be paid
by the builder, to the client’s nominated bank account,
when the slab down progress payment is received by the
builder. The $10,000 is based on rent of $500 per week
for 20 weeks (estimated time from Slab Down to Practical
Completion). This is a fixed amount and is not varied due
to actual build time. The client may choose to use the
funds for other purposes at their own discretion.
